If you can't stop the water, or you smell gas, call a 24/7 emergency service or your utility right away (911 for immediate danger). HomeFixedUp is a booking service for scheduled arrival windows and is not an emergency response service.

Handyman jobs stay at $500 or less total, labor and materials combined. Handymen don't do plumbing, electrical, or HVAC work (no light fixtures, outlets, faucets, or toilets). Those jobs, and any plumbing job over $500, go only to independent SC-licensed pros.

We follow up
We check in after every job and share your feedback with the pro. Any warranty on the work comes from the pro, not HomeFixedUp.
Request a visit
Submitting a request doesn't create a contract. We text you options, and you hire the pro you confirm. We reply by text during business hours (requests are processed at about 8 am, 11 am, and 3:30 pm, Mon–Sat).
Independent plumbers & handymen: a referral fee only on completed jobs.
- No lead fees. No subscriptions. Nothing to lock you in.
- Referral fee on completed jobs only: your first 3 are free, then 15% of labor. Never on parts or permits, and due only after you've been paid.
- Pre-scoped jobs: photos, address, and a customer who already picked a window.
- You're the contractor. You set or accept the price, contract with the homeowner, and bill them directly. HomeFixedUp never takes payment for the work. Repeat business is yours.
- Your schedule. Choose zones and windows. Decline any job, no penalties.
Requirements: active SC plumbing license, checked with SC LLR and shown to customers (plumbers); or a clean SC record check (handymen: jobs of $500 or less including materials, no plumbing, electrical, or HVAC). Proof of general liability insurance.
